Release focus: Major feature enhancements

Changes:
This release includes support for the new freedesktop.org notification area, new German and Dutch translations, support for up to 9 mouse buttons, and support for new XMMS remote functions for managing playlist items. Several bugs and crashes have been fixed since 1.0pre1.
